No. $500 deductible and $1000 per vehicle have different pricing options.

My cell phone has dropped and broken more than twice this year. What happens if I need a new one?

We cover deductibles twice a year on cell phones.

My cellphone was stolen or lost. Do you cover deductibles on lost or stolen devices?

If you have a lost or stolen device, you may have to buy a new one. We pay out your deductible after your insurance carrier approves your claim.

How long do I have to wait before I can file a claim through NO DUK?

You must be enrolled for at least 2 months or 60 days before filing a claim with NO DUK.

Is there a limit on how many devices, vehicles, or homes I can cover with NO DUK?

No. There is no limit.

How long will it take to get my deductible reimbursed once approved?

It can take up to 3-5 days to receive a reimbursement for your deductible. Instant pay would require a $19.99 processing fee.

How many claims can I request?

Phones/Devices: 2 claims per 12 months and a 60-day wait upon enrollment.
AUTO: 1 claim per 12 months and a 60-day wait upon enrollment.
HOME: 1 claim per 12 months and a 90-day wait upon enrollment.
COMMERCIAL: 1 claim per 12 months and a 90 day wait upon enrollment.

What if I update my insurance deductible in the middle of the year?

Make sure to contact your agent and update your deductible cover with us too.
