RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you are eligible for a refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be canceled or stopped 14 days prior to the next deduction payment date. In addition, payments cannot be canceled for 90 days once a client has filed a claim.

RETURN PROCESS

To cancel your service please email info@noduk.com to obtain your subscription cancellation or give us a call at 302-401-6588. The client needs to provide the reason why they are canceling and what service, in particular, they would like to cancel.

REFUNDS

After receiving confirmation that we have canceled your service by email or text you should expect on receiving your refund within 14-21 days.

EXCEPTIONS

For any issues or if you have not received your refund within 21 days, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or credit.
